Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer fast and reliable delivery to all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and others.
For in-stock ready-to-wear abayas, we offer Next-Day delivery within the UAE. For custom-tailored orders, it typically takes 3-5 business days for stitching and delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free 3-day exchange policy. If the size or fit isn't right, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the abaya is unworn and in its original condition.
Currently, we only process exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for another size or style of equal value.
Sizing & Customization
Absolutely! We understand that every woman is unique. We offer free custom tailoring. Just send us your measurements via WhatsApp when placing your order, and our expert tailors will craft the perfect fit for you.
Our standard sizes range from 52 to 60 (based on length in inches). If you are unsure, our team is available on WhatsApp to guide you on how to take your measurements correctly.
